好友纯美宣布自己怀了男友阿布的孩子，即将结婚。湘琴在家向直树报告这个消息，但直树反应很冷淡，对于两人即将到来的结婚纪念日，直树也不想庆祝。湘琴向直树发飙，抱怨直树根本不爱自己，只有自己爱直树，湘琴气得离家出走。湘琴去幸福小馆投靠阿金与克莉丝汀，说自己以前只要能看见直树就很开心了，现在居然越来越贪心，希望直树看着自己。两人安慰湘琴，湘琴大醉睡着。在学校，启太要求湘琴与直树离婚而跟自己在一起，启太向湘琴表白，湘琴震惊。此时直树出现，向湘琴表达自己最近的心情，直树发现自己在湘琴出现之后，自己才开始有了人类那种纠结混杂的情绪，所以自己很需要湘琴，只有湘琴在身边，直树才能作真正的自己。湘琴感动，重回直树怀抱。两人重修旧好。干干劝启太看开，说启太只是想拯救自己心目中那个不幸的湘琴。妈妈对直树与湘琴的结婚纪念日万分期待，瞒着两人偷偷规划宴会事宜。纯美求湘琴一起去见阿布的母亲，湘琴够义气地答应。纯美与湘琴一起去见阿布的母亲，没想到阿布的母亲百般数落纯美，身为好友的湘琴气不过，翻桌大骂。阿布的母亲离去，湘琴才惊觉闯了祸。阿布怪湘琴冲动，纯美站在湘琴这一边，说如果湘琴不发作，自己也会作同样的事，阿布与纯美大吵说要分手，湘琴吓到万分自责，不希望纯美成了未婚妈妈，努力劝纯美与阿布，希望两人和好。结婚纪念日当天，湘琴发现纯美站在学校屋顶，以为纯美要跳楼，赶紧冲上屋顶陪着纯美。后来才知道纯美只是心情低落，纯美察觉自己不能没有阿布。这时纯美肚子痛了起来，让湘琴吓坏，大叫直树。直树与湘琴送纯美到医院，阿布赶至，表白自己想过要逃避、怕当父亲，但现在阿布发现纯美的重要。纯美的孩子保住了，阿布与纯美和好如初。湘琴与直树这一折腾，完全忘了自己的结婚纪念日，而妈妈替两人办宴会的事也抛在脑后。妈妈在宴会会场气恼不已。眼看赶不上宴会，湘琴与直树自己跑去坐摩天轮吃蛋糕，庆祝结婚两周年，两人有小小的浪漫。由于启太对湘琴告白，两人之间仍有些尴尬。湘琴的打针技术超差，老师给湘琴补考机会，但湘琴找不到同学来练习…
