Matthew and Dylan: two teenage boys living in a town lost in time make up for their mundane life by creating a web series parodying what it means to be a suburban teenager. But as the two begin to come closer to the girl of their dreams and the utopian Rain City, their lives and friendship begin to spiral out of control.
