康熙不买韦小宝的帐，他执意要韦小宝写出天地会的名册，于是韦小宝画了一本画儿交给皇上，让皇上按图去抓人，皇上被小宝激怒，决定处死韦小宝和他的老婆孩子。韦小宝哭着求皇上放过自己的老婆孩子，当康熙听到小宝哭喊小玄子时，他答应韦小宝只杀他和双儿两个人。建宁带着其他五位姐妹一起来到皇宫请求皇上饶过韦小宝，康熙说君无戏言，让她们六个赶快到天牢去见韦小宝最后一面。韦小宝让众姐妹不要难过，他说用自己一条命可以换回天地会十万兄弟的命是很值得的，自己的儿女长大了也会为自己骄傲。他让苏荃带着众姐妹变卖所有的家产，到扬州接上花姐，好好的过下半辈子。韦小宝一一和六个老婆道别，大家围着小宝抱成一团泣不成声。韦小宝和双儿被押往刑场，天地会兄弟前来劫囚却被清兵们追杀。多隆想韦小宝宁死都不肯出卖天地会兄弟，如果自己把天地会的人抓起来了，韦小宝就白死了，想到这里多隆让手下停止追杀天地会。苏荃带着众姐妹想从皇宫小道前往午门，中途被索额图拦住，索额图早已把虎头和铜锤抱回皇宫，众姐妹只好作罢。刑场上，刽子手举起大刀砍下了一男一女的头颅。双儿和韦小宝醒来发现两人躺在一片美丽的桃花林中，他们以为自己来到了天堂。这时两人却听见有人在呼唤小宝的名字，只见六位夫人都笑盈盈地来到自己面前，接着多隆和皇上也出现了。原来皇上赦免了小宝和双儿，他借用韦小宝救茅十八的方法用一男一女两个死刑犯取代了韦小宝和双儿。康熙说虽然自己赦免了韦小宝，但韦小宝这个人已经死了，不能再侍候自己了。康熙让韦小宝到鹿鼎山隐居守护好大清的龙脉。辽东鹿鼎山，一片翠绿的竹林，一栋别致的小院。小宝坐在院中雕刻着老婆们晚上侍寝的牌子，七个俏丽的女人在一边笑话他。小宝嬉皮笑脸求着各位姐姐妹妹再给他生个孩子，建宁公主拎起小宝的耳朵把小宝带进房中，身后又响起女人们的欢笑声。（此剧终）
