当张保仔正想以大炮将娣妹发射出海面之际，同为七海聚义的海盗黄义正驶船逼近，意图抢夺张保仔的官船。张保仔命人脱下被掳清兵的裤子，在其臀部写字，藉此戏弄娣妹又可向黄义示威。 娣妹为了报仇，被人关进监牢前偷偷将一樽压缩气体放到火炉内。黄义觉得被羞辱，命人向官船放箭；张保仔亦不甘示弱马上发炮还击。可是在发出第二炮时，大炮旁的火炉突然爆炸，令张保仔陷于苦战。 利用浓雾躲避攻击 为了逃离黄义的射程范围，张保仔命人将船舱的货物丢进海中；孙秀才正在丢货物之际，娣妹拾得一张封条，见上面写着嘉庆廿一年，才意识到自己真的回到清代。 张保仔见官船航速没有增加，正在苦恼如何应对黄义的炮火。忽然孙秀才提起当日黄义被清兵追到长洲，曾假以投降而脱险，令张保仔想起长洲东湾会弥漫浓雾。娣妹听见张保仔打算借长洲东湾大雾逃避黄义时，往外一望，发现长洲竟然没有自己熟悉的码头。 制作水雷击退黄义 官船受到炮弹攻击，张保仔等人竟跌入娣妹的监牢中。娣妹想起剑峰曾提及长洲东湾留下很多水雷，遂教导张保仔利用剩余的炸药制作水雷还击。成功击退黄义，娣妹亦将制作水雷的灵感来源如实相告，可是张保仔认为娣妹未肯道出身份来历，未肯放过她。 这时突然电话响起，娣妹急忙接听，可是被张保仔从后袭击晕倒。被张保仔抛下海的清兵大难不死，逃到长洲后遇到一名妇人，更被她于火石间全部杀害，水师提督韩勇负伤而逃。 将计就计骗回手枪 张保仔将娣妹押返水寨，面对张保仔质问身份来历，就算娣妹已经如实回答，可是都未能令张保仔等人明白或信服。张保仔的下属刘星曾跟随西洋海盗，发现娣妹曾说洋文，便打算以洋文试探她，结果娣妹真的以洋文回应他们，于是便认定了娣妹是不中不西的「半唐番」。 娣妹将计就计承认自己身份，成功骗回自己的手枪。娣妹向天开枪，令张保仔众人逃到屋外。但众人以为洋枪只有一颗子弹，于是众人要张保仔进屋内收拾残局。 要求郑一主持公道 黄义前去七海聚义，向盟主郑一状告张保仔抢夺自己同盟的船。郑一身为张保仔的养父，于是极力维护他，要求黄义与他单打独斗决胜。黄义敢于接受挑战，摆出一副作战状态。可是郑一年事已高，拿起鬼头刀时有点力不从心。幸好此时张保仔来到，供出黄义欲吞并官船，才免郑一一战。… ...
