娣妹受了重伤，要立即做手术。她的姐姐娣女与姐夫傅码陪在身边。Bowie带张保仔回他的住所，换了新衫，决定带张保仔偷渡去香港，但张保仔在电视新闻看到娣妹的消息，十分担心。娣妹手术成功但要留院观察，娣妹在梦境中，见到她在清代时与张保仔的事情。 Bowie带张保仔到访一豪宅，要其他同党试试他的身手。张保仔只需两三下动作，便把同党制服，Bowie非常满意，Bowie与张保仔试枪，张保仔百发百中。 为救娣妹沦为贼匪 Bowie为张保仔造了假护照，想带他一同行动，但其他同党觉得张保仔身分奇怪。张保仔狐身一人外出，Bowie在背后跟踪，看看他去哪儿。张保仔完全不懂生活细节，例如过马路，开汽水都不懂，但看在Bowie眼内，却认为张保仔是演戏。张保仔去医院探娣妹，Bowie紧随其后。 劫后重逢娣妹失忆 医生指娣妹的伤势已好转，将有警员会替她落口供。张保仔见到娣妹时，有说不出的兴奋。娣妹以为张保仔是警员，但她感到愈来愈奇怪，因为张保仔说了很多自己不明白的话，又想拥抱娣妹。可是娣妹把他推开，并自称只记得被卷入水龙卷后，很快便被扯出来。张保仔发现娣妹似乎已把他忘记，非常伤心。 张保仔回到豪宅，不明白为何娣妹会忘记他；他赫然发现手臂上，有一个被素娜下降头时留下的图案。他想把图案刷掉，但每当接触到图案，就会产生痛楚。 细阅油画发现契机 同党对Bowie说张保仔是二五仔，又载张保仔去荒野，但张保仔不知就里，见车子一直向前驶，心里甚为不安。 Bowie来到书房看着一幅清代油画，女同党问他这是甚么，他说是家传之宝，内藏一个秘密，但不知是甚么。Bowie赫然发现，油画中出现张保仔的样貌。另一边厢，同党与张保仔以起货之名，在荒山上掘坑，张保仔觉得大事不妙。 Bowie沿着张保仔的样貌，在油画中寻找，发现背后藏着一封信。信内更预言了Bowie、张保仔及娣妹的事。正当同党们欲杀张保仔时，Bowie及时出现。 含泪写信传递心意 娣妹的伤势已好转，拆线后可出院，但娣女觉得守长洲更危险，她认为是得罪了张保仔神，娣妹更说昨日有人自称是张保仔，娣女听后深感奇怪。这时，涛国从后出现，他感谢娣妹救命之恩，认为她是福星。他指三日后将在会展有发布会，诚邀娣妹出席。… ...
