长胜跪地求媚娘放过桃花，媚娘要长胜三日内从沧州监狱救出苗老大，否则只能为桃花收尸。大力等商量突破沧州监狱之法，川芎认为苗老大要逃离监狱理应不是难事，偏偏他却选择过了六年牢狱生涯，相信是外间有太多要追杀他的人，苗老大才宁愿留在狱中。长胜与大力藉打劫被捕，顺利进入沧州监狱。 长胜担心即使救出了苗老大，媚娘仍然会伤害桃花，请川芎务必先找到桃花。大力花了大笔金钱买通狱卒，他与长胜因而免却了各种虐待，也得到好的食用。可惜，食物却被其他囚犯抢去，二人还被打了一顿。 苗老大看出长胜与大力并非泛泛之辈，长胜坦言受媚娘所托要救苗老大出狱。苗老大表示打从他进入沧州监狱开始，江湖追杀令从未遏止过，只要他一踏出监狱，必死无疑。长胜却断言不出八个时辰，苗老大必会求长胜救他出狱。 媚娘失信 折磨桃花 川芎与阿财在桃花遇伏的地方仔细追查，相信藏参地点就在附近。二人兵分两路，川芎在佛寺寻找，见到的却是媚娘，媚娘声言誓要慢慢折磨桃花至死，她已命人把桃花埋在地下，桃花在木箱内只有少许空气维持生命，命不久矣。 川芎斥媚娘不守信用，三天时限未到便对桃花狠下毒手。媚娘却觉得江湖凶恶，无一不是背信弃义之徒。媚娘不适，川芎看出她并无滑胎，以因果劝说媚娘顾念亲情，若她要桃花丧命，则她与胎儿亦会气绝。 百年突然出现，以杀害阿舞的罪名拘捕川芎。百年自觉已无退路，决定听从南天之言，为成大事，绝情绝义。于是百年依南天指示诬陷川芎，又派人监视太阳阁动静，当他欲打探金人何时起事，南天没有透露，只命百年要依他的吩咐行事。 媚娘腹痛难忍，大夫指她的胎儿甚弱，恐会胎死腹中，届时媚娘的性命亦可能不保。媚娘无论如何要保住胎儿，大夫认定胎儿已药石无灵，劝媚娘趁早打胎。 誓要媚娘　血债血偿 狱中所有囚犯同时收到信件，要置苗老大于死地，苗老大逃至长胜与大力的监仓，愿意随二人逃离监狱。三人吞下药丸后，全身长出红斑，口吐白沫，狱卒怀疑三人身患疫症，恐他们的病在监仓会传开，便把他们推到乱葬岗。途中三人的症状好转醒来，把狱卒打晕，苗老大趁机逃走，被杨卯的飞镖所伤晕倒。 长胜、大力及杨卯把苗老大送到树林给媚娘，媚娘坦言只是利用苗老大令长胜等身险陷境，现他们已沦为越狱的囚犯，水洗不清。… ...
