阿娇欺骗梅昭指自己去了中山旅行，其实是偷偷地来到香港；宝欣见到阿娇后感到极度惊讶。阿娇表面上对宝欣非常好，令宝家其他人都妒忌宝欣有个好奶奶。但当宝欣洗碗时，阿娇走进厨房把偷影的照片交给宝欣看。原来阿娇将小菲的生活及宝欣谈生意的情况都拍下来。阿娇不但指宝欣抛夫弃女，更责骂她有外遇。宝欣大呼冤枉，指相中人都是她装修公司的客人，但阿娇认为女人只可以在家做贤妻良母。 强逼宝欣返回深圳 宝欣这时才知道梅昭把她做生意的事，一直隐暪着阿娇。宝欣解释指梅昭很支持她创业，但阿娇直指宝欣的行为令家不成家，所以才插手处理。她限定宝欣下星期一定要放弃所有工作，跟她回深圳，更要为她生男孙。宝欣致电梅昭，指阿娇一直偷拍她更冤枉她，但梅昭指近日工作繁忙不能来港，只能先让母亲多住数天。阿娇问小菲，宝欣有否与男人出外，小菲答有，吓得阿娇铁青着脸。早上吃完早餐后，宝欣准备带小菲上学然后上班，阿娇听到立即假装头晕，并要宝欣在家中照顾她。宝愉代宝欣交文件给查理，查理询问宝愉的家庭状况，知道宝愉正失业便叫宝愉在自己的公司上班。宝愉觉得很奇怪，而且不知道查理公司是做甚么的，但查理指他可负责房地产的工作，他定能上手。 发现老人被迫卖屋 秃鹰集团的职员在旧楼内，逼众老人家贱卖旧屋，更指如果老人多作反抗，便会有不快事发生；灿灿见状后即上前阻止，更把职员骂走。灿灿到宝家，当阿娇知道灿灿与宝欣合作开公司后，态度即时转变。灿灿知道阿娇不喜欢她，借意提早离开，并因此明白宝欣要面对的事有多麻烦。宝欣非常讨厌阿娇但又不能走开，灿灿只能劝宝欣退一步海阔天空。灿灿怀疑何伯天花漏水并非意外，而是秃鹰集团存心制造，目的是要逼老人卖屋。 梅昭宝欣再起争执 宝欢觉得这些都是灿灿的推测，灿灿希望宝欢举办居民大会，提醒众住户慎防受骗，但宝欢却拒绝……宝家在天台举办嘉年华会，小菲更会表演。众人要宝怡帮手设置音响，宝怡不肯；小菲一再恳求，宝怡只好听从。宝欢众人回家后，看见梅昭正为阿娇按摩。宝欢等人问个究竟，原来阿娇跌倒受伤。梅昭怒斥宝欣为何要独留他的母亲在家，宝欣直指阿娇在其他人面前装作慈祥，但在背后却对自己冷嘲热讽。梅昭与宝欣的争执愈来愈大，梅昭决定带阿娇回深圳，以后永不回来。
