在五年前一艘宇宙战舰在木星与警卫站相撞了，而这一事件将成为这次战斗的开端……多蒙这次来到加拿大，在尼亚瓜拉大瀑布面前蕾茵与多蒙因为意见不合分开了，这时加拿大的代表安东尼找到多蒙希望能从他口中知道有关重装高达的情报，在地形上失利的多蒙被安东尼所击败蕾茵也被做到了洛基山山脉。安东尼原来是宇宙刑警在五年前的事故里他亲眼看着自己的妻子诺玛被亚鲁格杀害，他为此辞去了工作用一生去追捕亚鲁格，但娜斯塔夏却说亚鲁格在海盗时代起就不会去取人的性命。见到亚鲁格的安东尼马上驾驶着高达出击了，为了营救蕾茵多蒙也闯进了战场但在战斗中岩石粉碎了眼看战斧高达就要从高处掉落却被亚鲁格救下了。原来当年失控的战舰在意外之下与卫星站碰撞了，而安东尼所见到的那一幕其实是亚鲁格在救助诺玛，却反倒为此死亡，心存内疚的亚鲁格决定一直接受安东尼的挑战。
