在远古时代，天女从天上来到人间沐浴。天女沐浴时把她的羽衣挂在一旁，可是羽衣却被拿走了。由于没有羽衣无法回到天上，天女只有留在人间。于是她嫁给拿走羽衣的男人，繁衍了后代。他们的后代也因此继承了天女的血统…… 御景妖来自豪门御景家族。她和双亲以及孪生哥哥御景明一起生活。在御景妖十六岁生日那天，她被告知家族将为她举办生日宴会，在宴会上，御景妖的祖父答应给她一件生日礼物。可是当礼物盒被打开后发生了剧变…… 其实生日宴会的安排只是一个布局，目的是考验御景妖是否是天女色列斯的转生。事实证明确实如此。由于御景家族视天女的存在为一个巨大威胁，御景家的人开始追杀御景妖。御景妖被另外一位天女的后裔梧纳凉，凉的义弟兼小叔梧雄飞以及一个叫十夜的神秘人物所救，随后住在了梧纳凉的家里。从那之后，寄生在妖体内的天女色列斯便时常被唤醒。另一方面，御景妖的堂哥御景各臣(表哥不会同姓)为了自己的野心展开C计划，御景妖也开始寻找色列斯丢失的羽衣。
