故事发生在这个整年都会不可思议地开着樱花而出名的新月型岛——初音岛。主人公朝仓纯一在岛上的风见学园上学，他拥有在睡觉时能看到别人梦境的奇异能力，还能使用由魔法使老奶奶所教授的能变出点心的小魔法。 这次，纯一又在梦里见到了童年时曾在一起的“妹妹”，可是却怎么想不起她的名字了……可惜，纯一的美梦很快被妹妹音梦的恶作剧给打断，可是，面对着这么可爱的妹妹纯一却气不起来。 在上学前，纯一却执意要帮妹妹量体温，其实纯一和音梦不是真正的兄妹关系，音梦很小的时候纯一的家人收养了她。纯一无微不至地照顾着音梦，给人的感觉她们好像是一对恋人。 早上起床到风见学园上学，遇到同样身为青梅竹马后辈“狗狗”天枷美春，以及学园偶像白河小鸟，还有在学校吃午餐时，不知为什么总是吃火锅的水越萌和水越真子姐妹……这都只是很平常的生活。 这一天，她们也是很平常的度过着。然而，年幼的时候突然搬到美国的芳乃樱出现了。纯一和音梦感到了很惊讶。樱说是来兑现小时候的约定。
